1 | Is Jesus the Almighty? | John 3:16 | Rowdy | 112231 | ||
Then, how do you explained what happened in the following: Luke 3:21 When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened 22and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: "You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased." This story is reiterated in Mark 1. How can you possibly paint this story any other way different from 3 different beings interacting at the same time? This I gotta see. God bless. |

Don't forget that Jesus claimed to be Lord of the Sabbath. Ask any Jewish person what this means. They will tell you that it was a claim of Jesus to be GOD. To a Jewish person who does not believe that Jesus was the Messiah, this is out-and-out blasphemy. But to Christians this would be another instance that Jesus DID claim to be GOD. |
