1 | Why did God tell Abraham to kill his son | Gen 22:2 | Vintage68 | 214881
Hi again bibleman Just had another thought. The bible says where there is no law there is no sin. Just based on that Even if Abraham had Killed his son as you have stated. That act would not have been sin, based on the grounds that there was not at that time, any law about killing, murder, etc. Rom.4:15 Rom. 5:13 Vintage68 |

2 | Why did God tell Abraham to kill his son | Gen 22:2 | bibleman12 | 214891
Hi Thanks for your reply. Above you said: "Even if Abraham had Killed his son as you have stated. That act would not have been sin, based on the grounds that there was not at that time, any law about killing, murder, etc." Rom.4:15 Rom. 5:13 Well was not Genesis 9:6 the law concering killing? Genesis 9:6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. If Abraham had killed his son would not others at that time been under the command of God to kill Abraham? |
