1 | Explain the Holy Trinity-verysimple form | Numbers | Morant61 | 103405 | ||
Greetings Msdaisy1994! Here is a basic description of the trinity: The Trinity is simply a human attempt to explain the evidence of Scripture and the nature of God. We know the following from Scripture: a) There is only one God. b) The Father is God. c) Jesus is God. d) The Holy Spirit is God. Therefore, the doctrine of Trinity says, "There is only one God, but within that one God are three distinct Persons." Each one is God, but the Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Holy Spirit. Each one is God, but there is only one God. The following is a link which will go into more detail on the topic: http://www.equip.org/free/CP0704.pdf I hope this helps! Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

Morant61:-) Tim, you have attempted to explain something I have yet to reach a complete understanding, and be able to communicate it to others. I usually refer to Deut. 29:29. There are somethings that God alone knows and has full understanding of, for me the Trinity is in that catagory. Blessings tim. justme |
