Bible Note: Jcsav Does it matter? What matters was they weren't leading people to Christ but to their own deception. They never knew Christ. Personally I believe they were moving in familar spirits and making it appear they were casting out demons. But the Word says if one demon is cast out and the place is not filled with the Holy Spirit 7 more even worst will return. Matthew 12:43-45 (NKJV) 43 "When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. 44 Then he says, 'I will return to my house from which I came.' And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. 45 Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation." Again your missing what I'm saying I'm saying wherever a man, a person claiming to be Christian moves in sign and wonders and uses the results to his glory, or teaches another Jesus people are being deceived. This generation has lost it ability to discern. They seek signs and wonders and are not seeking God, therefore they have made themselves ripe for deception. People are following after men not because they speak the truth but because they are doing signs and wonders. The people really don't care if they are preaching Jesus or not they just want more signs and wonders. Jcsav instead of trying to prove me wrong think about what I'm saying. EdB |
