Subject: Women speak in church? |
Bible Note: Paul wrote the book of Corinthians as he established churches and order the way it was aligned at that time. he said he does not allow, nowhere does it say that God commanded this. Truly I know that the husband has authority over the wife, but if the head of the church (local) which is the Pastor reccommends that a woman speak then I do believe that it is Gods will. God has even used a donkey so why not a woman. I speak in the church, but I have respect for the men over me and I do not make my address in the pulpit, but at the podium and God blesses me. But if there comes a time for me to be in the pulpit I know God will lead in that direction. Women's rights have nothing to do with the will of God. Look again at Deborah, she was in authority of men and women and she was chosen by God. So was Queen Esther. She had favor with God. Through her authority a whole nation of Jews was saved. it wasn't a man who God used but a woman. This happened over 2 thousand years ago not in the 21st century. The difference in the scriptures is who wrote it and who was that person speaking to and why.God bless |
