Bible Note: Deb Should someone/anyone be prosecuted on the testimony of one witness? In a rape there is usually more than just one witness. I can think of DNA, evidence of violence/struggle, left behind hair samples, skin from scratching, other witnesses, blood type, identifying marks, finger prints and etc. In any case my question again would you want anybody man or women convicted on the lone testimony of one person? Also this is a Bible study not a study on human reasoning, God said for someone to found guilty of a crime there had to be more than one witness. Like it or not that is what God said, Kalos is not causing problems for rape victims. EdB |
