Bible Note: Greetings Mitch! I appreciate the kind thoughts my friend, but I don't need emotional healing. :-) I am very comfortable in my faith and trust in God. I prayed for my son's healing and God did heal him - completely, by taking him home. I will see him again one day. Though I grief his loss in our lives, I never have lost my trust in God. :-) I too agree that God heals, but there is no Scripture that says this is always His will. Satan did not overpower God and thwart His will and take my son. God accomplished His will. I remember praying with a man in our church who had suffered a severe heart attack and was comatose. (Sp?) His entire family and I had prayed repeatedly that God would heal him, but nothing seemed to change for several weeks. Finally, as the family was preparing to leave one night, I went to his wife and asked her if it was time to let her husband go home. She agreed and we all gathered around the bed and prayed that God would take him home if that was His will. He immediately stopped breathing and died. The family had such a wonderful peace about it. I really believe that God had simply given them a couple of weeks to prepare for their loss. Does God heal? Yes! Is it always His will to heal? There is no Scripture that says this!
