Subject: Taleb, When did the Son of Man appear? |
Bible Note: There may be symbolism in Scripture ... however we will see sun and moon literally not give light and the stars fall from the sky. Rev 6:12, 8:12 may be part of this. "But immediately after the tribulation of those days THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT, AND THE STARS WILL FALL from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken." The tribulation is literal and so is the sky activity. Since the Romans ruled over the Jews, they were not wars ... they were rebellions and the Romans sqaushing it. Verse 30 does not with Matt 26:64. He didn't return to earth. Acts 7:56 is one account that is tied with Matt 26:64. 30 "And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory. ... was there mourning when He was seen? No 31 And He will send forth His angels with A GREAT TRUMPET and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other. ... was there a trumpet? No Be ready for this to happen. |
