Bible Note: Hank:That's good to hear you are doing better. I have known a few Christians who have had transplants, of different kinds. I remind myself this is only tempoary, soon there will be a new body, that will last for eternity. No more pills, surgery, or pain, for some day soon we will see Jesus! Just to add a note, I heard Janet Parsons (I hope I got the name right) on the radio saying how well home schoolers do in most all areas. I think if we had it to do over, my wife and I would have considered home schooling. I certianly think Christian parents today are face with more problems then we were. On the same token there are more choices today as well. You are correct about not needing a village to raise a child. I would include the support and encouragement of the church the family attends is very helpfull. My third grade Sunday School teacher has had a lasting impression on my life. He gave me a New testament with a note and a verse, The verse was Matthew 5:16. I will always remember him with found affection and admiration. The way you talk about your dad, and your character are noteable Christian qualities, that show in the depth of your writting. My friend "love never fails" is a verse that I see in you. God Bless. justme |
