Subject: An interesting discussion/question |
Bible Note: Hello jamison, I know your wish is not to debate this issue but I couldn't resist quoting what is probably the most well known verse in Scripture: Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Strong's cites the word everlasting to translate as "aionios" which is defined as: 1) without beginning and end, that which always has been and always will be 2) without beginning 3) without end, never to cease, everlasting I believe a strong consideration of the word "whosoever" would also be valuable in this discussion. Ok, thanks for allowing me to speak what came to my heart. God bless you, budderfligh |
