2 | Virgin Bride of Christ | 1 Cor 14:34 | Searcher56 | 58895 | ||
Scripture ... Rom 7:4; 1Co 6:15; 2Co 11:2; Eph 5:23-32 ... Greetings ... The above shows me the church is His bride. But so is Israel (Isa 54:1-6; Jer 31:3-12; Eze 16:8-14; Hos 2:19-20; Mat 15:24; Jhn 3:29). Does that mean He has two brides? No. We are grafted into Israel (Rom 11:17ff) ... so when we see the bride in Revelation 19:7-9, 21:2ff, she is all His people, not just the church or Israel. I hope this helps, Searcher |
