Bible Note: Shabbat Shalom brother John, Well said. I think our Father adores spending time with his children. Look at all He did to make communication with Him possible! We don't always have to have a "need" to go to Him in prayer, just a desire to have fellowship with Him. Maybe I've got it all wrong but when I go to Him in prayer, more often than not, I just discuss my day with Him, what made me happy, what made me think of Him, things I'm thinking about doing tomorrow, etc. He's my God, my Father, and He's my Friend, too!! I think He's interested in the nothing stuff that makes my day that makes me, me. Like I said, maybe I've got it all backwards, but that's my view on prayer. Cheri |
