Bible Note: Grace and Truth: I have spent the last half hour reading your notes and questions. I find you interesting. I will say very directly, that you are strong in your defense of the Church of Christ. In all honesty a more sweeter spirit and a loving caring way of presenting your words is despertly needed! That is if you want to really get your point the slightest chance to make a valid stand. I don't care how right you are, with a harsh attitude, you do more to drive readers away. Let me be quite blunt, ok? Hank is a very intellegent man. Hank has such high standards, most likely I will never come close to. I admire his kindness, and corrections. He has challenged my spelling and syntex, I often feel my gramer is that of a first grader. For my gramer I am deeply sorry. However, when I read that Hank was throwing in the towel with you, I was stunned! I admit at times you have slipped out of notes I have sent you. I have considered that is JUSTME, but when a true Elder of the forum says something like he did to you, take notice! You really come across so abrubt, and offensive. Either you are not willing to learn, or you have become unteachable. I saw why you confront Forum members. Can I suggest that perhaps your time and effort to change the Forum members to your belief system, perhaps might be better spent elsewhere. I am aware this could be understood by you as a note from some of those others you refer to. I honestly feel you need to gain respect for others for what they say, for you to become readable, and believable. To be perfectly honest, I see very little Grace, and Truth only as you see it. I wonder is there anyhting any of us believe or say that you consider is even a possibility. You and the Church can't know it all, can you? agape, justme |
