Subject: What was the purpose of the law? |
Bible Note: I neglected to answer your question in my initial response. It seems there are no verses that directly support my view but I do see a few immediate verses like Acts 9:5, 20, 22, 27, and connected with verses like Phil 3:6b. Again, I am agree that Paul was repentant and recognized himself as a sinner. All I am saying is that this repentance and recognition was not necessarily through the Law (as normaly should have been given the purpose of the Law) but through his encounter with Jesus revealed as Messiah. |
