Bible Question:
i am sorry. i am slow to learn. i tried to clear my doubt from the majority and seeking the truth because i do not have peace. |
Bible Answer: Hey there, I'm new here, and I don't know you. I read some of your other posts, and you just seem so sad. You also seem like you wanna give off firey questions and be justified... I'm not trin' to judge you, I'm just talking about the feeling I'm getting. If I'm way off the mark, just ignore me, I'll go sit down... But, if I'm not, well, sometimes, (and this is hard for me too) ya just gotta let go and let God. He's there, really, really there, and he sure can have a quiet voice sometimes. Don't fight him, just Let Him. Just take whatever you're struggleing with, wrap it up in a big 'ol bundle and say, "God! This is for you!" and let it go to Him. Sometimes, if I'm really struggleing with something, I'll sit down with my Bible, and tell God, "Lord, I'm having a problem, and I want you to show me it's all OK..." and just open that book at random, and start reading wherever my eyes hit the page. And don't you know that when I've done that, and been truly in dispair, and at the end of my rope, God answers. I've done it when feeling petulant, or when I knew the answer deep down and gotten nada... So I figure God don't want us to waste his time neither! Ha! Sorry about the wordyness, it's just I don't like to see anyone sufferin' when Jesus already did that. He is who He is, the rest is just homework. Peace in God, Amanda |
