Bible Note: Well, Hank, I disagree. When you are talking to 3 and 4 year old children, it is more feasible to use an egg and be able to show them the shell, the yolk and the white because if they can see it, it makes more sense to them. I agree that honesty is best with anyone, especially children, but some children need to see the 3 parts to understand what is being explained. There are some people that if they can't physically see it, they cannot picture it in their minds so to aid in learning one must show physical truth. Granted you cannot break God into 3 parts like you do an egg, but the concept was to show them that there are three parts to a whole egg and that the whole egg is like the Trinity. |
