Bible Note: Dear AO, You wrote, "It [salvation] is simply a gift that is given to those who chose righteousness." If a person merits salvation by their choice, then they have something of which to boast, wouldn't you say? Tim Moran once gave an extensive argument that Hebrews 11 was not about salvific faith at all. Do you disagree? The other verses appear to have little to do with merit.
