Subject: If we ask for healing does God answer no |
Bible Note: Let me please make it clear, I have never said, at least, I have never meant to say, God doesn't always heal everyone. God HAS healed everyone of us. He did it on the cross at Calvary, the same way he took the sins of everyone upon Himself. You believe everyone's salvation was acquired at calvary, yet, many never ACCEPT it, thus they die in their lack of knowledge. I am saying God healed everyone on Calvary, yet many have not recieved it, and many have died without recieving it. Its not God's fault, its their own. Where did Paul say that he was not healed? Type out the exact words where Paul said he was never healed, how about Timothy, where is it said that Timothy was STILL sick, why can't you accept the fact that perhaps the devil attacked Timothy through his stomach often, yet Timothy, through his faith in God, was delievered each time? And Paul having to leave someone sick, is no differnt than Jesus not being able to perform many mighty works in his own hometown. Remember, the Words says that all who were opressed by the devil were healed. There are some, who the devil doesn't have to bring sickness on, because he already has them in so much lack of faith, that the people are just opressed by their own unbelief. Again I will repeat, God's will is for everyone to walk in perfect health, and recieve healing whenever an attack from the enemy comes. He has provided that healing through the blood of Jesus, you just have to get into the Word, and with faith and patience, inherit the promises. Dying, doesn't have to mean sickness. Do you realize you don't have to have cancer or a heart attack to leave this world? You have never known anyone who just went peacefully? I may someday have to die for the sake of Jesus (ie. persecution such as Stephen went through) But I know my God would make it painless for me to endure, and I know that thats the only way I can leave this world prematurely. Also, yes I do wear glasses, I was born with a vision problem called nystagmus, the state of PA where I live says I can only drive during the day. Thus I can say, I am the Healed of the Lord, and my eye sight was restored to me the moment Christ went upon the cross. The manifestation will occur in my life at any second, and I know if I'm not getting it, its my own fault, I'm not going to blame God, as so many Christians today feel the need to do. I'm not going to get mad at the Lord, I'm going to do what the Word says to do, and I'm not coming off it. Mitch |
