Bible Note: I agree with you that our biggest priority on the Forum is to shine the light on God's Word as much as possible. But I also think it's OK to occasionally cast at least a flash light on other topics closely related as long as the discussion is Bible based in Spirit. Our Father in Heaven expects us to use our brains and the Spirit of His Word to figure out some tough answers to tough questions that are NOT clearly answered in the Bible, at least not easily found. Sometimes it seems our Lord left us some things for us to figure out in this manner with this kind of discussion SO THAT we could grow, mature AND come to a greater appreciation for one another. But it seems as I alluded to earlier with Theo-Minor, that instead of growing and appreciating one another, we see a lot of harsh put downs, name calling and a lot of immature and rash statements. I do hope someone will be inspired to look at all the posts over these last few weeks/months and encourage us all (including me) to grow up and start acting like we have a Father in Heaven watching us. I'm thinking right about now, He's ashamed of all of us. Blessings to you all. Country Girl |
