Greetings Jdthcstl! Thanks for your response! I hope I don't come across as too much of a stickler! :-) But, there is a reason for the madness! Many beliefs creep into theology for which there is not Biblical support. Some of your comments are Biblical. For instance, 1) Jesus did die for us (1 Cor. 15:3, Heb. 9:15, and 1 Peter 3:18). 2) He did ascend into Heaven (Mk. 16:19, Lk. 24:51, and Acts 1:9). 3) He will return (Acts 1:11, Mt. 24:30, Mk. 13:26, Rev. 1:7). 4) He will judge (2 Tim. 4:1). But, several of your comments are not based upon, nor supported by Scripture. For instance, 1) The Bible never speaks of God revealing His enery in many forms! 2) God did not incarnate in the baby Jesus, Jesus was God incarnate. There is a difference. The way you stated it makes Jesus just a man who was somehow possessed by God. However, Scripture makes it clear that Jesus was God and became a man (John 1:1-14 and Phil. 2:5-11). We want to strive for accuaracy in all that we proclaim! :-) Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

Mary became pregnant by the holy spirit. I believe the holy spirit had a physical body. So I believe Mary got pregnant by the Father. Who then became the son. That is the mystery of the trinity. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. | ||||||
