READ THE CONTEXT. Apparently you fail to understand ... If you are NOT married it is NOT GOOD to touch a woman. READ the context of 1 Corinthians 7:1 which is at least to verse 6 ... touching after marriage is desired. READ THE CONTEXT. This fits with the verses in Genesis. Do you understand now? | ||||||

1 Corinthians 7:1 to at least verse 6 is PURELY OPINION of Paul so it will fits the verses in Genesis ? 1. 1 Corinthians 7:1 Now concerning the things about which you wrote, it is good for a man not to touch a woman. 2. 1 Corinthians 7:12 where Paul says, "But to the rest speak I(Paul) NOT the Lord." 3. God did DECLARE at creation that "it is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help fit for him" (Gen. 2:18). Marriage was instituted by God and is the norm for society; it is a great blessing to mankind ? SPIRITUAL is not determined by one's marital status ? |

Dear Corin, The Holy Spirit inspired the words of Paul. The words of Paul are every bit as authorative as the words of Jesus Christ or the words of God Himself.
