Hi John, Jam 1:17 Every good gift (lit. giving) and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. This says "every good gift", so faith, if indeed counted as a gift, would count as a good gift, but I don't see that this verse instructs us to count faith as a gift. Love in Christ, Mark |
