1 | WHO DID CHRIST DIE FOR ?????? | Revelation | humpy | 97053
the bible says very plainly thay we are judged by our sins, yes the works of hour sins as these fews verses will prove. 1 Cor.6:9-11 what Paul does here is list all these sins that a man will be judged of. I will agree with you that men will go to hell if they believe not on Christ, that is for sure, but that is not the only reason why men are sent there. Take a look at Rev.18:5 how could god remember their sins is Christ had died for them? Notice that they are judged not by not believing on Christ but because of their sins. And last but not lest John.8:21 here Jesus tells these men that they wouls seek him, and yet he tells them that they would die in their sins, not sin, but sins, which could not be true if he died for all mens sins.

Humphy, The account in John was Jesus defending His words, lokk a couple of verses back , say at vers 13. The pharisees were accusing Jesus of boasting, in the following verses , Jesus declaired that the Father was his witness. In Jewish Law, the testimony of two men , made the testimony true.Vers 21. He tells them, because they wont believe Him that they will die in their sins. God promissed us as Christians, if we repent of our sins that they will be cast as far as the east is from the west never to be remembered again. The pharisees here, Jesus declaired, that without their repenting their sins would be remembered.Thats where we see a difference in 1Cor. which is applying to the unsaved. Remember there are two different judgements ,one for the saved and the other for the unsaved. Look at these close and I believe that you will start to see the seperation. One thought, remember where the scripture says, that it will be more tollorable for sodom and Gomorah than for you at the day of Judgement, think on this.
