Bible Question:
Which version/interpretation? Colossians 2:15, NASB, "When He had disarmed [Or, divested Himself of] the rulers and authorities, (He) made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him [Or, it]. Colossians 2:15, NKJ, "Having disarmed principalities and powers, (He) made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it." Question: What all was nailed to the cross? A certificate of cancelled debt for sins? The Law with all its decrees? The body of Christ? All of the above? Romans 7:6, "But now we have been released from the Law, having died to that by which we were bound, so that we serve in newness of the (Spirit )[Or, spirit] and not in oldness of the letter." Parentheses here are mine for comparison of verses. From the heart, Ray |
