NASB | Hebrews 6:6 and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God and put Him to open shame. |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | Hebrews 6:6 and then have fallen away--it is impossible to bring them back again to repentance, since they again nail the Son of God on the cross [for as far as they are concerned, they are treating the death of Christ as if they were not saved by it], and are holding Him up again to public disgrace. |
Bible Question:
My final answer is ... you haven't studied this verse or passage in depth. - Do you know what a present participle is in Greek? - What are the Greek tenses or meanings for --made partakers --have tasted --have fallen away --it is impossible --to renew --again (to repentance) --since --again (crucify) |
Bible Answer: Hey Search, You don't get it because your aren't trying. I know what a participle is and the word the word for crucify depicts the continuing action of crucifying Christ. WHILE a falling away (2nd aorist active participle) brother is recrucifying Christ, it is impossible to renew him to repentance. It's not hard to understand, Search. I cannot read other posts WHILE I am re-answering your nonsense post. :) Good day. |
