Nevertheless, there could be some very valid views held, but we need to know which 'day' you are referring to. There is the "Great White Throne" judgment, And There is the lesser known "Bema Seat" judgment which will only be attended by reborn Christians, and shall follow the "Great White Throne" judgment. In the verse above, the Words 'Judgment seat' have been translated from the Greek, 'Bema', which means the official seat of a judge which is normally upon a raised platform. And where it says, "we must all" it is important to consider the audience that Paul was talking to.
