Subject: When Jesus died, did dead people really |
Bible Note: Greetings Jaknik! Your right, Elijah never had doubts! Did he? Remember after the events at Mt. Carmel, when Elijah was ready to die because of fear over Jezebel's threats? Doubting is human. When people are under stress for too long, or tired, or hungry, they tend to get depressed or down. John was human. I can't fault him for that! But, even if you don't accept my view, 'stretching credulity' still does not equal 'contradiction'. ;-) Personally, I think the whole account is very human and very believeable.
