Bible Answer: Ok first of all Jesus did not say Mark 16:16 until AFTER he was risen. Luke 23:44-46 The temple being destroyed was symbolic to destroying the old custom. Have you not read Romans 6:14-15 14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. 15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. The law killed, the law's punishment was if a woman commits adultery she is stoned. Grace came by Jesus Christ. John 1 16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. |
