Bible Note: Larry, There is no such thing as an awful question. God may have brought you here to the forum to accomplish deliverance in your life. Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 12 that the power of God is manifest in weakness. Larry, we're all weak. And we all sin. Everyday! Where it says those who practice sin are not of God refers to those who choose to stay in their sin, those who refuse to repent. 1 John 1:9 God forgives. Can you repent, can you ask God's forgiveness in faith? Ya you can. Hebrews 11:6 non of us will ever please God without faith. We all deal with sin every single day. The key word in the last sentence is deal. Do we deal with our sin or does it deal with us. God told Cain Genisis 4:7 That sin was crouching at the door. He told him that he was not to be mastered by his sin. It's no less true for us today. 1 John 1:9 God is faithful and just. If it's true for any of us then it's true for all of us. Do you have Worldly sorrow or Godly sorrow. Worldly sorrow only leads to death, but Godly sorrow leads to salvation. Moses told Israel, choose you this day life. Isaiah 59:1 God is able. Check it out! God is always faithful! My friend what will you choose. In Him, lionheart |
