Bible Note: Larry, 1 Corinthians 1:13- No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man, and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will able to endure it. Buddy we aint done yet. Life when viewed from a human perspective only does get complicated and even when viewed in a godly perspective can still be complicated and confusing. But it doesn't have to stay that way either. Take 1 Corinthians 1:13 to heart. God has, does and will provide a way to win in any situation. We are not destitute or powerless. Matthew 6:33 tells us to seek God first. Think about that. That's gotta be our priority, it's gotta be yours too. Colossians 1:27- Christ in you the hope of glory. You do have strength. You say your not sure you believe or you have repented. Repentance doesn't mean that we won't sin. It happens every day. It does mean we don't have to stay in whatever sin it is we are struggling with. Remember 1 John 1:9. John 3:16, Acts 2:38, Romans 10:9,10. Go back and look at these scriptures. Are you or are you not? These scripture are clear and plane and leave no room for ouestion or doubt. Get with a brother who is strong in the Word and faith and study this stuff out. You don't have to go this alone. Don't do it! God never created any lone rangers. Love Ya, lionheart |
