Bible Note: Hello packer I'm a bit confused. You appear to be saying that we have no need of confessing sin once we have received the Lord as savior. The foot-washing in John 13:1-20 is a picture of the continual cleansing we need as we walk in this world. Our "feet" get dirty and need to be dealt with. Also, if confession is unnecessary, it seems Paul went to a lot of trouble in giving his commands to no longer sin in Romans 6. Steve |
