Subject: who did cain marry? |
Bible Note: Dear kalos, You state,"I address the following remarks to you so that I will not need to address them to someone who, having already made up their mind, conveniently chooses to ignore both Scripture and reason." Would the person you are referring to say,"please show me where?" if they were closed minded and ignoring Scripture and reason? Please show me Scripture to support your belief which, shows who Cain married? Others and I agree Scripture is not clear and we can not be sure. You also state,"the law did not exist before it was given. And it wasn't given until it was given, which was 100s of years after Adam and Eve and Cain and Mrs. Cain." If the law didn't exist until it was given, please explain the following, Gen 2:3 3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. KJV Is not the law of the Sabbath stated in Gen 2:3? Gen 9:5-6 5 And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. 6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. KJV Is not the law against murder stated in Gen 9:5,6? Is not the law against adultery stated in Gen 12:18; 20:3,9; 26:10,11; Gen 39:9; 49:4? The law can be clearly seen within Scripture before being formally given at Sinai as listed above. Bless you, Love Fountain Rom 2:14-15 14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;) KJV When would the law have been written in the hearts of Gentiles(Rom 2:15)? |
