Hi Makarious, Since our last dialogue, a little. For the past 40 years, I have researched it through and through. I feel I totally understand why you and many like you do believe that Jesus is Almighty God Jehovah. I too understand why it would be difficult to convince you otherwise. I have no problem with it and respect you for your convictions. God is our judge, not me. My posts since December 2002 contain most of my conclusions that convince me to feel the way I do. Jesus is the Son of God. Truthfinder |

Truth, So you don't believe in the same Jesus as Christians do? ...God is our judge Truth think about your own statement. Matthew 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: Acts 10:42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. Acts 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. Romans 2:16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. Romans 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. 1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. 2 Timothy 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 1 Peter 4:5 Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead. Now here are verses that says God is judge: Genesis 18:25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? Psalms 58:11 So that a man shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth. Psalms 75:7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. Psalms 96:13 Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth. Ecclesiastes 3:17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work. Hebrews 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, Revelation 18:8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Seems like after reading these Jesus is Almighty God. In Christ, Darcy |
