1 | Don't associate with Christians who sin? | 1 Cor 5:11 | janjan | 104890 | ||
Jesus is our best example. He spent three years with His disciples. Among these men was one whom Jesus says was a betrayer and that it would have been better if he had never been born- Matt. 26. Jesus not only spent time with him, he was one of the men that Jesus had sent out to minister- Jesus knew Judas, and knew what was in his heart. Jesus was eating with Judas as He talked about His betrayal. Yet you see Jesus had three in the inner circle (close friends) Judas was not one of them. We need to be friends to those whom Jesus places around us and always be like Jesus was and still is " A FRIEND TO THE SINNERS" . But ask the Holy Spirit to show us who to have in our inner circle to confide in and pray with and trust. |

janjan . greetings your answer here seems to be great suggestion ... like finding mutual ground. Unless I mis-understood you, you are saying we should NOT expell a sinner from the Lord's house, but we should trust the Holy Spirit to guide with who we associate. Is this what you are saying? I have a bit of a problem with the whole idea of having an "inner circle". But I may be mis-informed. please advise.also if you click on your screen name hyper-link you can post a profile and a decree of your faith and that way others will know who they are speaking with... you never know who or why if there's no profile. with bubba-love, joel k |
