I do not understand your answer clearly . My understanding of this topic is listed below. 1. God is only one Almighty God, creator of the world. 2. The name of Almighty God is JEHOVAH, and I do not think his name or his title is Word. 3.'Word' was the pre-human existence of Jesus Christ. 4. According to your answer, I got two different points which listed below: 1)The relationship between 'the Word' and God is just like mother and son/daughter. 2)The Word was God and it is just like mother was son/daughter. Am I correct? by faith. |

"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times. I'm not sure how this indicates Jesus had no beginning. It says his "origins" or "goings forth." Doesn't that mean his beginning, even though it dates back for milleniums? Even the "beginning of God's creation", the "firstborn of every creature" is a creation. (Rev 3:14; Col 1:15)) |
