1 | who can explain to me? | John 1:1 | eveready2004 | 120212
Because my first language is not English, but my Bible is written in English. I have to use my English skills to understand what the God's word mean is right now. Sometimes, it is hard, but I will not give up. Simply speaking, I failed to read any verses connecting with the concept of the Trinity in the bible, which most of the churches teach to people. And when I ask someone who have been studing the Bible for a long time, most of them gave me two different answers: that is: the Trinity is truth; the Trinity is not the truth. That is the root of my question. |

2 | who can explain to me? | John 1:1 | BradK | 120214
eveready, Thank you for the clarification:-) First, since this topic has been discussed a great deal, type in the word, "trinity" in the upper right search box. You should find quite a bit of good discussion regarding this important doctrine. Second, although the word "trinity" is not found in scripture- the doctrine is there! The are three distinct persons in scripture who are referred to as God. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. I hope this helps, BradK |
