Hi Candy, This is one of the most frequently discussed and debated topics on the SBF. While some will agree with your view, many will not:-) I don't think it's quite as simple as you make it. Even so, with that said please avail yourself of the discussions of this matter from both sides by typing in the Heb. 6:4-6 in to the "Quick Search" box. This should help- hopefully:-) Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |

I'll do just that. I can understand both sides. Then where do you place backsliding, Since sin separates us from God.To walk with Christ is a daily service. That is until death. Not all things are black and white. I don't want human understanding. In it I most surly will err. Line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little... So , I may learn something. True? Thanks. You write: "Then where do you place backsliding, since sin separates us from God"? Sin separates us from God? God says: NASB Romans 8:38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, NASB Romans 8:39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. CL: You say you do not want human understanding. Yet when people like Doc, Hank, and BradK provide you with Scripture, you do not accept it. You reply to it with your human understanding. Please take no offense, for none is intended.
