Tim, Thanks for that very illuminating thought! Okay, I guess I have to agree that it is a possibility that has some definate merit. At this point I have to admit that I really, really wish that I knew how to read Greek to dig into this one a little deeper. Some very good points have been brought up on this thread. Greetings Huron! There really isn't much help to be gained from the Greek on this passage other than 'born again' should really be translated 'born from above'! :-) I really have no clue where the 'again' came from in the first place. :-) Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
