The disciples asked the same question in verse 37. Christ answered, "Where the carrion is, that is where the vultures gather." (My paraphrase.) Where do then find birds interested in dead bodies? In Revelation 19:18-19, which must therefore be the answer to the question. In Him, Doc PS Soap box time... Please... no one who believes in the rapture should use this chapter as evidence. The people being "taken" are being taken to judgement. Be sure to always read the whole context. I hate it when this passage is used as a rapture proof text. |

Hello Doc, I hear ya! Anyway the pre-trib rapture has very little proof texts, and many of theme are pre texts anyway, ie. out of context. God Bless you Jeff W |
