Subject: Things people THINK in the BIBLE but not |
Bible Note: Hi, to fully understand this, you have to know who Christ was - God in the flesh. Now it can be understood that the very nature of God is sinless meaning that He cannot sin. The statement that TheFinalSQL made is correct - it is nowhere in Christ's nature to sin as opposed to man. James 1:13b says, "for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:" Romans 8:3: ". . . God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh. . ." meaning He came in the form of a man (remember, we were made in His image and likeness), not in a sinful form. He had no ability to sin.
