Bible Note: Hi Rowdy, I hope you get a chance to see the film andy maybe conisder taking someone with you who doesn't know the Truth. It is powerful and a wonderful tool to begin a dialogue. Although He came to die, I still wonder, "did He have to?" We read about His temptation and His anguish in the garden, so I ponder this possibility . . . but how thankful I am that Jesus came to DO the will of the Father and submitted Himself to it. My sins put Him on the cross, but He chose to stay there for me. The penalty for sin is death . . . without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. BTW, when you see the film I'd be interested to know what impacted you the most. For me, it was the repentant criminal. Blessings to you! mommapbs |
