Subject: Does Heb 6 support "always saved"? |
Bible Note: Aspiring Overseer: You have a good insight, and have brought an excellent point. In the verses where does it say these enlightened ones were saved? Not any where. The those and the partakers are those who got to repentance, and then fell away. The Scripture clearly states that when a person has come this close and every available way to prove that Jesus is the Only way, and then to turn and continue to fall away, it is impossible to renew them. Does this make it clearer. I might suggest the NASB Stuty Bible or the NIV Study Bible as these have the options listed and the why each is or is not a wise choice. This would be a wise investmment for a future overseer. Any thoughts? justme |
