Subject: No, the dead are still DEAD...not alive! |
Bible Note: Gracefull, My strongs computer gives both numbers 5315,2416 for the word "life" in Genesis 1:30 Other versions of the bible also translate this word life to "soul". Gen 6:17 And behold! I, even I, am bringing a flood of waters upon the earth in order to destroy "all flesh" (in which is the breath of life) from under the heavens. Everything which is in the earth shall die. Gen 7:15 And they went in to Noah into the ark, two and two of "all flesh", in which is the "breath of life". Gen 2:7 And Jehovah God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the "breath of life"; and man became a living soul. Ecc 3:19 For that which happens to the sons of men also happens to beasts, even one thing happens to them. As this one dies, so that one dies; yea, "they all have ONE BREATH"; so that a man has no advantage over a beast; for all is vanity. Man and beast both have the breath of life. Man and beast are both living souls. Gen 1:20 And God said, Let the waters swarm with swarmers having a living soul; and let birds fly over the earth on the face of the expanse of the heavens. Gen 1:21 And God created great sea-animals, and every living soul that creeps with which the waters swarmed after their kind; and every winged fowl after its kind. And God saw that it was good. Job 12:10 In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all flesh, even of man? MaTT |
