Subject: TATTOOS....yea or nay?? |
Bible Note: Montag, You are right that we are freed by Christ from the law but He teach us to observe things that more than the law and to be responsible not just because someone will stone us to death if we dont observe the law but because we love God. If you will agree in any commandments of Christ that given to us we still observe the law with a deep meaning. Under the it is a sin to kill, that is why theres a commandments of "thou shalt not kill" but in the commandments of Christ: Mt 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. whosoever called his brother raca is in danger of the council. Here Christ clearly show that you dont have to kill to have sinned, the example clearly show that even before the root or the cause of killing or before the actual killing Christ warn us already. That is how the commandments of Christ so delicate. EdB was right we are not given opprotunity to break the law, because it still exist maybe in the different implementation. I dont think for having tatoo you can glorified Christ, He had speak many thing in the new testament how we can Glorified God and I am very sure that tatoo is not including in it. God bless, |
