Bible Note: Greetings Jeff! I don't want to drag this topic out, so allow me to finish with this point. There are a lot of assumptions about this topic on both sides of the issue. I assume that a promise NOT blot out a name indicates that a name can in fact be blotted out. There are scriptural references in the OT to names being blotted out.
