Bible Question: This is my first time here so I dont know where to go to ask a question so If I am in the wrong place Im sorry...I have just come back to the lord a few weeks ago and starting tithing, but I have a problems reading my bible,I dont know how to force myself to concentrate on what I am reading or to remember what I have read. Can some one help me by giving advice on how to do so? Thank you |
Bible Answer: Breezy, The following are needed: -Prayer. Ask the Lord to clear your mind of all else. This is key. -Plan or purpose. It is easiest to study a book of the Bible, so you know where to start. -Persistence. As said, start small. But, stay at the task for that time. The Lord may lead you to spend more time. -Priority. Always do it the same time daily, seven days a week. Steve |
