Subject: What is a repentance from dead works? |
Bible Note: Greetings Rowdy! My friend, this is going to be my last post on this subject with you. Steve's posted answered your question Scripturally, but you ingnored it. I have answered your questions Scripturally, but you have ignored it. James 2:19 does not say the same thing as John 3:18! James 2:19 says that demons belive that there IS ONE GOD. It does not say that the demons 'believe' (place their faith) in Jesus. I have pointed this out before, but you ignored that post as well. In fact, you didn't even respond to that point. The demons believe a fact about God. To equate James 2:19 with John 3:18 is silly. But, on the basis of this, you would have us ignore the many verses that clearly say that if 'one believes' one is saved. :-( So, there really isn't any point in continuing this discussion my friend! Hopefully, we will be able to discuss other issues in the future. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
