Bible Note: Dear Doc, should the topic of love be viewed in its context, rather than being a pat answer for all of life's problems? Loving people does not mean letting them use us to disobey God. Isn't love a complicated subject? For instance the first verse that comes up when searching the topic on love is:Gen 22:2 He said, "Take now your son, your only son, whom you love, Isaac, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I will tell you."
