Bible Note: Greetings Cheryl, And thank you for your response! I believe that perhaps we should go back to the 'drawing board' and define what exactly it means to "suffer for Christ." And then, when we have came to a Biblical definition, then we could proceed to define some of these fine elements that we have both been describing in association with 'suffering in His name.' If I were to begin such a study, then I could think of no better way to begin than with a study of the life of the apostle Paul. Blessings to you, Makarios |
