AMPLIFIED 2015 | Ephesians 4:11 And [His gifts to the church were varied and] He Himself appointed some as apostles [special messengers, representatives], some as prophets [who speak a new message from God to the people], some as evangelists [who spread the good news of salvation], and some as pastors and teachers [to shepherd and guide and instruct], |
Subject: Are there any true prophets/prophetss' t |
Bible Note: Shalom. If that is the case, where does that leave the five fold ministry in Eph.4:11-12? According to those verses, prophets are still relevent. I do think that some people of the church use the word "prophet" to make their name more important. I have seen that prophets not only preach on prophesy in the Word of the Lord, but prophesy on peoples lives through the Holy Spirit. God bless, michael |
